Multifunctional order picker with working platform

The COP1 multifunctional order picker is not only extremely efficient for picking goods, but also – thanks to the working platform that can be elevated – proves its worth as rolling ladder or operating platform. The COP1 is the ideal helper in wholesale and retail, distribution and the food and beverage industry. The COP1 is perfect for use in offices, hotels, museums, hospitals or in trade fair construction.

When used inside and on flat floors, the vehicle can be used to fill shelves, conduct inventory, decorate rooms, mount signs, replace lamps or complete cleaning and repair work.

The CLARK COP1 offers all the prerequisites for safe operation throughout the working day:

  • Automatically closing safety bars when entering or leaving the working platform 
  • The working platform can only be lifted with the safety bars closed 
  • Safe two-handed operation so that the driver remains within the vehicle contour when the vehicle is moved
  • The ergonomic steering knob provides intuitive and precise operation of the vehicle 
  • Safe use in low-light working areas and warning for oncoming traffic thanks to integrated LED light 
  • Small parts can be safely stowed away in the standard storage compartments
  • The stable mast ensures a high level of safety even when extended 
  • The robust steel frame protects the vehicle from damage
  • No external plastic parts are used
  • Externally operated emergency shut-down and hydraulic emergency lowering

Cost reduction

The vehicle is not only extremely efficient for picking goods, but also proves its worth as rolling ladder or operating platform. Compared to a conventional rolling ladder, the COP1 not only saves time by eliminating the need to climb up and down, but the risk of an accident or damage to the goods is also lowered.


Cost savings due to the battery and charging technology:

  • Maintenance-free battery with 120 Ah (AGM)
  • Integrated charger for charging processes at any standard 230 Volt sockets
  • The charger cable is integrated in the vehicle
  • Neither charging rooms nor ventilation systems are required, as the charging process generates no gases


The COP1’s manoeuvrability is also worth a special mention. The vehicle turns on the spot and can be used in almost any flat working area. Furthermore, the COP1 can be adjusted to your application:

Adaptable driving
The braking behaviour, acceleration and regenerative braking of the vehicle can be adapted to the respective situation. 

Height-adjustable shelf 
The height-adjustable shelf has an adjustment range of 485 mm. This allows goods of varying sizes to be picked.

Optional warning signals
Different driving or lowering signals can be optionally supplied.

Optional with Lithium-Ion battery
If the application requires higher availability, the COP1 can optionally be equipped ex works with a 120 Ah Lithium-Ion-battery. Therefore, break times can be easily used for interim charging.
